How can I request installation with a technician?

You can purchase the installation package that best suits your needs by accessing our store and filling out the relevant form. Please note that, in order to carry out the installation and configuration of the alarm system, you must have a Wi-Fi network or an active and working alarm SIM card.

What requirements do I need to have in order to request installation with a technician?

In order to proceed with the installation of the alarm system and the configuration of the app and subscription, you must have:

  • Electricity in the flat
  • Connection device: either a Wi-Fi network or an active and working alarm SIM card (not included)
  • Registration account: it is necessary to have and choose a registration account for the Hello Sure subscription between Facebook, Gmail and Microsoft
  • The smartphone of the owner of the alarm system that will be selected and configured as system administrator.
What does system administrator mean?

When configuring the alarm system via the app, you are prompted to enter an account of your choice from Facebook, Gmail or Microsoft on the smartphone, which has access, management and full control of the system settings.  

What does the activation kit include?

The Hello Sure Protection Kit includes:

  • 1 hub (the brain of your alarm system)
  • 2 remote controls (small and functional wireless remote controls)
  • 1 door contact (wireless magnetic opening detector)
  • 1 motion sensor (wireless motion detector)

The installation service is separate, as it is optional.  

How can I activate the service with the Operations Centre?

This is an additional service which, in the event of intrusions or risky situations, allows you to be contacted by the Operations Centre and, in the event of a real emergency, you can choose whether to send help.  

Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?

The fee has no time limit, you can cancel your subscription whenever you want. If you decide to terminate it within the first 24 months, you must return it by following the return instructions. If it is not returned within 30 days, a 250€ cancellation fee will be charged.  

Can I add people to manage my alarm system?

Yes, you can invite other users to control your system. All users can control the devices and manage the alarm status. Only the administrator and family users can see events and receive notifications. Only the administrator can make changes to the system, add or delete devices.  

How can I generate new invitation codes?

You can generate unlimited invitation codes from your my.hellosure.app page where you can also see all active friends.  

Where can I find the user manual?

Login to the Hello Sure app and go to settings, at the bottom of the page you will find the smart installation manual that allows you to configure the system in a few simple steps.  

How can I cancel my MyHelloSure account?

To cancel your MyHelloSure Account, follow the procedure explained on the dedicated page.
