Terms of use
Easydom inc. provides a personalized subscription service that allows its subscribers to access the Hello Sure security system via the Internet through Apple and Android mobile devices with Internet connection.
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. For the purposes of these Terms of Use, "Hello Sure Service", "Our Service" or "Service" means the personalised service provided by Easydom inc. for remote use of the Hello Sure security system, including its features and functionality, recommendations and reviews, website and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our Service.
Subscription
1.1. Your Hello Sure subscription will continue until you cancel. In order to use the Hello Sure service, you must have internet access and a Hello Sure-compatible device; you must also provide us with one or more Payment Methods. "Payment Method" means a current, valid, accepted payment method that may be updated periodically and include payments for your account through a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to your billing date, you authorize us to charge you the subscription fee of the next billing cycle to your chosen Payment Method (see "Cancellation" section below).
1.2. We offer various subscription plans, including special promotional plans or subscriptions offered by third parties in addition to our own products and services. Some subscription plans may have different terms or limitations that will be disclosed to you at registration or by other methods of communication. You can find specific information about your Hello Sure subscription by visiting our website and clicking on the "Account" link, available at the top of the pages of the Hello Sure website, under your profile name.
Free trials
2.1. Your Hello Sure subscription can start with a free trial if invited by an Easydom Kiker. The duration of the free trial period of your subscription will be specified during the registration process; The free trial aims to allow new subscribers and some former subscribers to try the service.
2.2. Easydom inc. determines at its sole discretion the eligibility for the free trial or the duration of the same and may limit its application to prevent any abusive use. We reserve the right to revoke your free trial and suspend your account if we believe you are not eligible for the free trial. Members of a household who have an existing or newly activated Hello Sure subscription are not eligible for the free trial. We may use information such as your device ID, payment method, or an email address used with an existing or recently activated Hello Sure subscription to determine your trial eligibility. There may be restrictions on combining with other offers.
2.3. At the end of the free trial period, if you have not cancelled your subscription before it expires, we will charge the Payment Method for the next billing cycle for the next billing cycle. To view the subscription price and expiration date of your free trial, visit our site and click the "Billing Information" link on the "Account" page.
Invoicing and cancellation
3.1. Billing Cycle. The Hello Sure subscription fee will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle will depend on the type of subscription you chose when you signed up for the service. In some cases, the payment date may vary, such as if your Payment Method is not charged or if your paid subscription started on a day outside a particular month. To view the date of your next payment, please visit our website and click on the "Billing Information" link on the "Account" page.
3.2. Payment Methods. To use the Hello Sure service, you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated with your account if your primary Payment Method is declined or cannot be used to pay the subscription fee. You will be responsible for any outstanding amounts. If a charge fails due to payment method expiration, insufficient funds, or any other reason, and you have not cancelled your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as for international transactions or other charges associated with processing your Payment Method. Local tax charges charged may vary depending on the Payment Method used. For more details, please check with the service provider linked to your Payment Method.
3.3. Updating Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods on the "Account" page. We may update your Payment Methods based on data received from payment service providers. Following each update, you authorize us to continue charging available Payment Methods.
3.4. Termination. You can cancel your Hello Sure subscription at any time by continuing to have access to the Hello Sure service until the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not grant refunds or credits for partially used monthly subscription periods. To cancel your subscription, visit the "Account" page and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cancel your subscription, your account will be automatically closed at the end of the current billing period. To check the closing date of your account, click on "Billing Information" on the "Account" page. If you have signed up for Hello Sure, using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your Hello Sure subscription, you may need to cancel your subscription through that third party, such as by accessing your account settings with that third party and turning off the auto-renewal option or canceling the Hello Sure service through that third party. You can also find billing information for your Hello Sure subscription by logging into your account with that third party.
3.5. Changes to Price and Subscription Plans. From time to time we may change our subscription plans and the price of our service; However, any changes to the price or your subscription plan will take effect in the billing cycle following the change notice we send you.

4.1. To subscribe to the Hello Sure service, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your province, region or country. Minors can use the service only under the supervision of an adult.
4.2. The Hello Sure software is developed by or on behalf of Easydom Inc. and is designed to allow remote control through compatible devices. This software may vary depending on the device and means of use and the features and functions may be different depending on the device. You acknowledge that use of the service may require third-party software subject to third-party licenses. You agree that you may automatically receive updated and third-party versions of the Hello Sure software.
Password and account access. The subscriber who created the Hello Sure Account and whose Payment Method is charged ("Account Holder") has access to and control of the account on the Hello Sure-enabled devices used to access our Service, and is responsible for any activity that occurs through the Hello Sure Account. To maintain control of your account and prevent anyone from accessing your account (including information about your security system usage history), the Account Holder must maintain control of the Hello Sure-enabled devices used to access the service and must not disclose the password or Payment Method details associated with your account to anyone. It is your responsibility to update the information you provide to us about your account and ensure that it is accurate. We may terminate or suspend your account in order to protect you, Hello Sure or our partners from identity theft or other fraudulent activity.
Various
6.1. Governing Law. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. These terms do not limit the consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
6.2. Customer Support. For more information about our service and features, or if you need assistance with your account, please visit the Hello Sure Help Center on our website. In some cases, Customer Service may assist you better by using a remote access assistance tool, through which we will have full access to your computer. If you do not wish to grant us such access, please do not consent to support through the remote access tool and we will assist you by other means.
6.3. Validity. Should any provision of these Terms of Use be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
6.4. Changes to the Terms of Use. Hello Sure may change these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days before such changes apply to you.
6.5. Electronic Communications. We will send you account information (e.g., payment authorizations, invoices, password or Payment Method changes, confirmation messages, notifications) exclusively electronically, such as by email to the email address you provided to us when you registered.
